Understand how Nova supports your decisions.

Hiring teams need to know what an assessment is based on, which decisions remain theirs, and how candidate information is handled.

Criteria your team can review

Nova assesses candidates against the role’s scorecard. Your team reviews the criteria before publication.

The same role criteria give your team a consistent basis for discussing candidates; interview questions can adapt to what each person says.

Evidence you can inspect

Assessments include reasoning and evidence from the conversation. Gaps remain visible.

An assessment describes what the interview established; it is not a guarantee of job performance or independent verification of a candidate’s claims.

Clear boundaries for automation

Your team chooses whom to shortlist and hire. Must-pass rules can decline candidates on an evidenced failure. Missing or unclear evidence alone does not activate those rules.

An additional close-out automation can decline adequately assessed candidates below the configured bar when enabled; it starts disabled.

Transparency for candidates

Candidates are told they are interacting with an AI interviewer and that the hiring team can review the conversation.

Information about the role and process is available before they begin. Read the candidate guide.
